Place a single order for any service in our catalog.

Parameter	Type	Description
`key`	Required string	Your secret API key.
`action`	Required string	Value must be `add`.
`service`	Required integer	Service ID (refer to Services Catalog).
`link`	Required string	Target link to post, channel, page, or profile.
`quantity`	Required integer	Desired order quantity (must be within min/max).
